Feeding Your Demons Retreat in Telluride, Retreat Cabin Now Open

November 7 - 9: Feeding Your Demons Retreat
with Pieter Oosthuizen and Charlotte Rotterdam
Telluride Yoga Center, Telluride, COPieter and Charlotte

This retreat offers an introduction to the process of Feeding your Demons, a powerful and profound method for working with rather than fighting against the obstacles, conflicts, and challenges of our life. By meeting our fears and obsessions, and offering them what they want, we allow them to transform into allies. Drawing on traditional practices and teachings of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, this process was developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione, a Western Buddhist teacher and author of Feeding Your Demons: Ancient Wisdom for Resolving Inner Conflict.

The weekend will include teachings, meditation, discussion, and practice in the actual process of Feeding your Demons so that it may become of use to you on a daily basis. No previous experience or knowledge of Buddhism or meditation is necessary. All are welcome.

Ratna Retreat Cabin Open Now through Dec. 5

Retreat CabinRatna Cabin is available for private retreat during the months of October and November. Ratna is our largest and most remote cabin, and faces south into the 'secret valley'. The spaciousness of the view is matched with the roominess of the interior of the cabin. It offers unparalleled silence and solitude, far removed from the world, including vast views of Chimney Rock and the La Plata mountains. Tara Mandala retreat cabins provide a rare and precious opportunity to be completely secluded in a remote mountain setting.

Download a cabin handbook for complete information.
