Upcoming Teleteachings with Lama Tsultrim Allione

Note change of time for May Teleteaching

Tara Mandala will continue to offer teleteachings with Lama Tsultrim as a way for our global Sangha to connect and feel closer between retreats. This is a very low-tech process that anyone with a phone can listen to. You may also listen to it on Skype, if you’d like. You might consider inviting others to join you to listen and hosting a discussion after the hour of Teleteachings. Some Sanghas plan their meetings around the Teleteachings and together develop questions in advance.

During the call, Lama Tsultrim will speak to your questions received the week before. The topic of the Teleteachings will be determined by the questions that participants send in beforehand via email and any emailed questions that arise during the actual call. Please e-mail your questions or topics when you RSVP (see below). Please know that Lama Tsultrim will do her best to respond to all questions, but it may not always be possible. However, she often weaves several responses together during the Teleteachings and will do her best to respond to all questions.

Please include any practice-related questions you might have or topics. It is best not to ask questions about practices that require transmission (like Simhamukha, Tara, Chöd or Prajña Paramita) since not everyone on the call will have these transmissions.

Participants (US and International) will call in using the long-distance carrier of their choice.

How to Participate:

Email Julia at teleteachings@taramandala.org by Thursday, April 9, to RSVP yes to the teleteaching on Sunday April 12, 2009. Julia will email you back with a confirmation and instructions on how to participate by the end of our workday on Friday, April  10.

Please include any practice-related questions you might have or topics you would like Lama Tsultrim to address. We ask that you refrain from asking questions about practices that require transmission (like Chöd or Prajna Paramita) since not everyone on the call will have had these transmissions.

Recordings of the Teleteachings
