Nikita Gayle Romanzov

Nikita remembers spending much of her childhood at Tara Mandala with her mom, Robin Gayle (authorized Tara Mandala teacher and Feeding Your Demons Therapist).  She took refuge with Lama Tsultrim at just one year of age, given the name Shewa Osel. She then returned to Tara Mandala for the summer of 2012 as a Living Dharma volunteer.  Paralleling her upbringing and studies in Tibetan Buddhism, Nikita also developed a love for yoga. She is now a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher, a certified Yoga Therapist, and leads her own 200-hour Teacher Training programs for groups.  An avid lover of the outdoors and play, she is excited to come back to Tara Mandala this summer as a lead of the Family Retreat.
