For those practicing Tröma’s Special Instructions, the Fourth Special Instruction will be transmitted to deepen training in the realization of the non-dual Dharmakaya. The Special Instructions are offered as part of the Ösel Nyingtig Gathering, at Tara Mandala Retreat Center and Online.

For those planning to attend the in-person Gathering, the retreat includes the Tröma Chöd teachings, the Fourth Special Instructions, and more. There is no need to register for the Special Instructions separately.

Offering dana to the Teacher
The practice of offering dana, which means “generosity,” is the traditional offering the student makes to the teacher as a symbol of appreciation, gratitude, and reciprocity for receiving the precious teachings.
