DHARMA FRIENDS How Not To Lose It Over The Holidays

With Megan Mook, Lopön Karla Jackson-Brewer MS and Kevin Townley

November 19, 2025

With Megan Mook, Lopön Karla Jackson-Brewer MS and Kevin Townley

DHARMA FRIENDS is a seasonal gathering at Tibet House founded by Megan Mook and produced in collaboration with Tara Mandala and Dharma Gates. Each gathering features a thought-provoking Dharma theme plus special guests, including visiting Buddhist teachers, artists, professors, comedians, and musicians.

DHARMA FRIENDS’ only event of the season! Featuring timely Dharma teachings + comedic outtakes on the hilarity of navigating the holidays. Join Dharma teachers Megan Mook, Lopön Karla Jackson-Brewer, and Kevin Townley, plus comedians Neil D’Astolfo and Isabel Renner, for down-to-earth Dharma teachings + sketch comedy on the lunacy of navigating the holiday season! After the event, our resident musician, Rob Ward will delight us with ambient viola as we mingle and connect (online participants are warmly invited to stay for the music!).

Don’t miss this special evening as we gear up for the holidays!
