Application for Mandala Method Certification Program

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Mandala Method Certification Program (MMCP). If you have not already done so, please review the MMCP program requirements carefully. If you have questions before you apply, you can submit them here.

All information provided in this application is maintained in a confidential manner that is used only to support your certification process. You will be contacted for an application interview after receipt of your application.

The Mandala Method Certification Application fee is $40. This covers all processing associated with your application, including an interview. Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming receipt of your application with a link to pay the processing fee. Once this processing fee is paid, your zoom interview will be scheduled. Thank you.
