- Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
- If any of the products or services related to an offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or services, subject to applicable refund policies.
- Tara Mandala has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any offer.
- Consumer is required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the offer.
- Offers are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
- If you violate any of these Promotional Terms, the offer will be invalid.
