Death and Dying: Exploring the Unknown
Befriending Death and Dying
“If you have familiarized yourself with the true condition … then you are liberated at that very moment.”
~ Lama Tsultrim Allione
Death is something we often avoid. It also makes us feel uncomfortable to talk about. Yet death frames everything we do in our lives, and for our lives.

These onsite and online offerings present helpful practices and understandings so that death and dying can be a catalyst for enlightened activity.
