Tara Mandala offers retreats, teachings, and training in traditional Buddhist practices and modern transformational methods based on Buddhist principles. These are offered in a variety of formats including in-person retreats in our retreat center in Colorado and at other locations, online programs, opportunities for personal solitary retreat, extended residential experiences such as our Living Dharma Apprentice Program, as well as self-paced courses and downloadable material for personal study. In addition, Tara Mandala offers long-term practice paths such as: the Feeding Your Demons® Training, the Magyu: The Mother Lineage, the Ă–sel Nyingtig: Heart Essence of Luminosity, and the Gateway Program.
