Feeding Your Demons® Kapala Level I is a simple, profound process in which practitioners transform their demons into protective allies through a sequence of illuminating questions and visualizations. The process employs principles of the Tibetan Buddhist practice Chöd as articulated by Machig Labdrön.
Taught in English with French translation The Kapala I Training is the first in a series of in-depth trainings in Feeding your Demons, Prajna Paramita and the lineage of Machig Labdrön. For those interested in offering Feeding your Demons to clients, this is the first level of a three-level Facilitator Certification Training.

In Kapala Level III, students will go deeper into Machig Labdrön’s teachings and receive a profound new practice of hers. Participants will also expand their FYD journey by working with collective demons, such as societal, cultural, and historical demons, and the demon of ego-clinging.
This daylong program is open to practitioners who already know and have received the Zhitro transmission and teachings. Students will have the opportunity to deepen their practice with the visualizations and experiences that arise during Zhitro, receive further teachings, and engage in group practice & discussion.

Prajñāpāramitā, the “perfection of wisdom,” is one of the key philosophies and practices in Mahāyāna Buddhism. She is revered as the female embodiment of wisdom, ceaselessly radiating as compassion to all beings. Lopön Debra Quayle will give the oral transmission and teachings for this vital “nature of mind” practice.
This daylong practice intensive is open to practitioners who already know and have received the CNNR Chöd teachings and transmission. Students will have the opportunity to receive direct support on chöd drumming patterns & melodies, engage in group practice, and receive one-on-one feedback.
