Chöd of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche – Retreat in Sweden

With Dorje Lopön Chandra Easton

June 9 - 12, 2022

Chöd is a unique blend of Buddhist teachings and Tibetan Shamanic healing practices. This centuries-old practice, which is sung and accompanied by the use of a Chöd drum and bell, is a potent method for releasing self-grasping and to intensify and practice compassion.

In this retreat, you will learn the beautiful and concise Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Chöd, which came to this great Dzogchen Master in a dream. This Chöd is infused with very profound buddhist teachings, has beautiful melodies and takes about 20-30 minutes to practice. The retreat is open to new and returning students. All are welcome. No prior experience required. All teachings will be offered in English. We will practice inside and outside if weather permits so please pack comfortable layers of clothing, a sun and warm hat, and a headlamp if possible.

Program Price – 4850 SEK
