Feeding Your Demons Level I Buddhist Track Kapala I
with Lama Tsultrim Allione, Dorje Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam and Lopön Pieter Oosthuizen
March 20 - May 15, 2027
with Lama Tsultrim Allione, Dorje Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam and Lopön Pieter Oosthuizen
In Kapala I, you will learn Feeding Your Demons® (FYD), a simple yet profound five-step process that guides practitioners in transforming their demons into protective allies through a sequence of illuminating questions and visualizations. Created by Lama Tsultrim Allione, it employs principles of the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Chöd, as originally articulated by the eleventh-century Tibetan female teacher Machig Labdrön.
This method has helped thousands of people transform and heal negative emotions, fears, illnesses, and self-defeating patterns. The work transcends spiritual constructs, serving as a meaningful tool for anybody, regardless of religious affiliation or personal philosophy.
You will also be introduced to the Prajñāpāramitā, the “perfection of wisdom,” one of the key philosophies and practices of the Mahāyāna teachings of Buddhism. Prajñāpāramitā is also revered as the female embodiment of wisdom (Skt. prajñā), the Great Mother, Yum Chenmo in Tibetan. She is luminous clarity, ceaselessly radiating compassion to all beings. Ultimately, she is our true nature, our source of awakening within ourselves, our buddha-nature.
