Deepen your training and knowledge of Feeding Your Demons® in Level II. Learn how to work more extensively with your allies, trace your demons in your body, and map family demons and allies.

Secular Track participants will explore the underlying principles of the Feeding Your Demons process, including practical methods for recognizing and working with repetitive thought patterns. These approaches support greater clarity, reduced reactivity, and a more flexible relationship to inner experience.

Who can attend?

• Individuals who have completed FYD Level I or Kapala Training Level I and want to deepen their personal understanding of the work, or those who are on a path to become a Certified FYD Facilitator.

What You’ll Experience

• Deepened, embodied engagement with the Feeding Your Demons process
• Working with more subtle, persistent, and complex inner patterns
• Exploration of “family demons” and the relational dynamics they represent
• Strengthening connection to inner resources and allies
• Guided practices, partner work, and group exploration
• Applying the method in both internal and relational contexts
• 4 Live Webcasts over the entire program, with small discussion groups

All participants must fulfill the following prerequisites:

Secular Track

• Completion of Feeding Your Demons® Level I (Buddhist or Secular Track) or Kapala Training Level 1
• 20 Solo Demon Feedings
• 5 Partner Demon Feedings
• Plant a Tree
• 15-60 min 5 days per week of mindfulness meditation recommended

Prerequisites have to be submitted two weeks before the course start date. You will receive information on how to submit them upon registration.

For anyone continuing to Feeding Your Demons® Certification, it is highly recommended that you complete more than the required number of Partner Demon Feedings, as these will count towards your prerequisites for Certification Level.

Program Details

• On-demand access to all course materials (12 hours of teachings, primarily by Lama Tsultrim Allione)
• 4 live webcasts (and subsequent recordings) with Senior FYD Teachers Dorje Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam & Lopön Pieter Oosthuizen
• Discussion forum with teacher participation
• You will receive additional FYD forms, including the Extended Ally and Extended Ally with a Journey forms
