View, manage, and access your online live courses, self-paced courses, digital downloads and program portals.

Navigating your Online Program – short website tutorial

Your Online Programs Account is where you can sign in to do the following:

  • Manage and view purchases of Live Courses and Self-Paced Courses through Tara Mandala. 
  • Access any digital downloads you have purchased including audio recordings, video teachings, or PDFs.

PLEASE NOTE:

To manage your Sustaining Sangha or long-term program membership, or to make a donation, you must log into the Tara Mandala Donations & Membership account located here.

To view your virtual or onsite retreat history or make changes to existing retreat registrations, please contact our Registrar on this page.

To restore your previous account, please follow this link to our account login page. Then, click on the “Lost Your Password?” link at the bottom of the page to reset your password.

To access your Digital Downloads you must first login to your Online Programs account.

Once you are logged in to your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Downloads tab. Then, when you see your available downloads, click on the grey tile of the desired file in the “Download” column. This is important, as clicking the red hyperlinked text will take you to the store product.

Please contact Technical Support on this page if you are having any further difficulties accessing your downloads.

To extract your zip file, please complete the following steps:

For PC:
  1. Double-click the ZIP file. Doing so will open the ZIP file in a File Explorer window.
  2. Click Extract. …
  3. Click Extract all. …
  4. Then select where you want to place the files and click Extract
For iPhone/iPad Users:
  1. Tap the “App Store” icon on your iPhone home screen and then select the “Search” tab.
  2. Enter “WinZip” in the search box and then tap the “Search” button.
  3. Select “WinZip” and tap “Free,” then “Install.” Enter your iTunes password to authorize the download.
  4. Open your iPhone email client or Web browser, depending on whether you are opening an email attachment or a ZIP file from the Internet.
  5. Tap the ZIP file and then tap the “Open in WinZip” button. This will display the contents of the ZIP file.
  6. Tap a file to view it using the WinZip viewer. WinZip supports opening all Microsoft Office documents, images, PDFs and Apple iLife documents.

Go to your profile (image upper right corner) select “edit my profile,” scroll to the bottom of the options to add a profile picture. This will take you to a third party site, please read all information carefully as the image you choose will possibly now appear on other sites to which you are connected.

Our website is based on WordPress. If you have a WordPress account with the same email as your Tara Mandala Online Programs Account your profile photo from WordPress will be shown at the Tara Mandala page.

After watching each lesson’s videos you need to mark this lesson as ‘Complete’ in order to progress to the next course.

Click the link and then right click on the pdf image and you should see a ‘menu’ of options pop up which includes ‘download.’

Because our virtual retreats are hosted on a separate platform from our online courses, you will not see your virtual retreat appear under your Online Programs account. If you have questions about your registration details for a virtual (or onsite) retreat, please contact the Registrar on this page.
