Frequently Asked Questions – My Account

Please Note: If you have any outstanding payments for your annual fee and/or Sustaining Sangha contributions please contact our Finance Director Christine directly at accounts@taramandala.org or 970 731 3711 Ext 106

Your Tara Mandala Account is where you can sign in to do the following:

  • Manage your Sustaining Sangha Membership including changing levels, updating your credit card, or changing the amount you give per month.
  • Access your Sustaining Sangha Membership page that shows you all of your membership level discount codes and any content made available to your membership level.
  • Manage your Gateway or Magyu Membership including changing your credit card
  • Access your Magyu or Gateway Membership page that shows you all information of upcoming webcasts, holds past recordings, and hosts any gated content pages (practice supports and announcements) for your cohort.
  • View any donations made after the creation of your new account including butterlamp sponsorships, prayer requests, Tsog sponsorships, Zhitro sponsorships, Tara Thangka sponsorships, Ceiling Mandala sponsorships, general Annual Fund donations, and more.
  • Manage and view any purchases from the Tara Mandala Online Store. (Please note that your purchase and donation history will only be available from the date of the creation of your new account onward)
  • Access any digital downloads you have purchased in the Tara Mandala Online Store including audio recordings, video teachings, or PDFs.

To view your retreat history or make changes to existing retreat registrations, please contact our Registrar at registrar@taramandala.org

Please double-check that your email address is spelt and formatted correctly.

If you are still having difficulties accessing your account, please contact support@tarmandala.org.

Your Online Programs Account is where you can sign in to do the following:

  • Manage and view purchases of Online Programs through Tara Mandala. 

YOU CANNOT:

  • Access or manage retreats, past donations, sustaining sangha memberships, gateway and magyu memberships, or online store purchases.

To restore your previous account, please follow this link to our account login page. Then, click on the “Lost Your Password?” link at the bottom of the page to reset your password.

If you have any difficulties with your account, send an inquiry for help to support@taramandala.org.

To cancel your Sustaining Sangha membership, you must first login to your Tara Mandala Store account. Once you are logged-in, select Manage Donations and Membership Descriptions.

On the next screen, under the Actions tab select Cancel. You will be directed to another screen asking to verify your decision to cancel. Select Cancel My Subscription. You have the opportunity to reactivate this purchase at anytime in the future.

If you do not have a Tara Mandala account you can contact Christine in accounting at accounts@taramandala.org or call 970 731 3711 ext 106 and ask her to cancel your subscription.

To change your credit card information you must be logged into your Tara Mandala Shop account. Once you are logged in to your account dashboard, select Manage Donations and Membership Subscriptions.  

You will then be directed to a table that displays your current membership settings. Under the Actions column select Edit. From there, scroll down the page and select the Update Payment Information and you will be taken to a page that will allow you update your credit card information.

If you do not have a Tara Mandala Shop account you can contact Christine in accounting at accounts@taramandala.org or call 970 731 3711 ext 106 and ask her to change your details.

Before you select a new amount, you must first cancel your existing purchase. To do this, please login to your Tara Mandala Store account. Once you are logged-in, select Manage Donations and Membership Descriptions.

On the next screen, under the Actions tab select Cancel. You will be directed to another screen asking to verify your decision to cancel. Select Cancel My Subscription. You have the opportunity to reactivate this purchase at anytime in the future.

Now you must select a new membership level. To do so, visit this page. Once you have selected a membership level, follow the steps to set up your new payment.

To access your Digital Downloads you must first login to your account.

Once you are logged-in to your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Downloads tab. Then, when you see your available downloads, click on the grey tile of the desired file in the “Download” column. This is important, as clicking the red hyperlinked text will take you to the store product.

Please contact support@taramandala.org if you are having any further difficulties accessing your downloads.

To extract your zip file, please complete the following steps:

  1. Double-click the ZIP file. Doing so will open the ZIP file in a File Explorer window.
  2. Click Extract. …
  3. Click Extract all. …
  4. Then select where you want to place the files and click Extract
